Vendor Listing & Content Policy

By creating or claiming a vendor listing, you confirm you are authorized to represent the business and that all information you provide is accurate. Occasionz may review, approve, reject, edit, remove, or suspend any listing or uploaded content at its discretion.

Accurate representation

• You are the business owner or an authorized representative.
• Business name, services, pricing, and contact details are truthful and current.
• You will not impersonate another business or misrepresent your offerings.

Content you upload

• You own the rights to all photos and media you upload, or are properly licensed to use them.
• Content must not include nudity, sexually explicit, violent, hateful, harassing, deceptive, or otherwise unlawful material.
• Occasionz may use automated and manual review to screen uploads, and may remove or refuse any content that violates this policy.

Conduct

• No fake reviews, rating manipulation, or misleading claims.
• Do not take Occasionz-sourced customers off-platform to avoid platform terms.
• Respond to booking requests promptly and honor confirmed bookings.

Violations may result in content removal, loss of the Verified badge, listing suspension, or account termination.
